Gary Miller
President and CEO
Gary is passionate about leading Quinlan with honesty, transparency and integrity as he positions the company as a front-runner in the advertising industry.
He also believes strongly in camaraderie. In between checking countless emails, attending client meetings and staying up-to-date on current trends, Gary makes sure to stop twice a day to walk around the office and take the pulse of the staff.
“We support each other and treat one another as family,” Gary says. “We create this sense of community by selecting employees with great character, and once we have that foundation, we give them the knowledge they need to create successful client work.”
Most interesting person he’s ever met: His father.

Dan Bartlo
Executive Vice President
Dan’s expertise is built on years of copywriting, art, web development and client service experience. He works to ensure that Quinlan consistently provides clients with outstanding work.
With 10 years of ad work in the fast-paced environment of the financial industry and days filled with design team management, urgent client requests and the constant need for creative solutions, Dan makes sure to stay level-headed and light-hearted.
“Quinlan allows us the freedom to do excellent work,” he says. “We aren’t confined by strict policies or procedures. We aren’t pressured to hold back or conform.”

Frank Conjerti
Creative Director
Frank believes in using cutting-edge technology, strategic thinking and his charming personality to provide clients with creative work that turns heads.
Whether he's leading a brainstorming session, meeting with his team or pitching innovative concepts, there's always music playing in his office - and not just the top tracks from Spotify’s Happy Hipster playlist, either. You know it's been a particularly good day in Frank’s world if you hear Paramore's “Ain't It Fun” at least three times in a row.
“I love that Quinlan has the flexibility and autonomy to make it what we want,” Frank says. “Because of that, we have a team that is stronger than ever. And we all get along, which is rare.”
TV character he reminds people of: Phil Dunphy.
-
Jessica Chapman
Account Director
Jessica is focused on challenging the status quo with new thinking that still fits in the reality of her clients' brands and budgets.
A typical day consists of constant client communication, spur-of-the-moment ideation sessions, tons of planning, roughly two cups of coffee and the occasional confetti cupcake PopTart.
"I'm loving the collaboration at Quinlan,” Jessica says. “We are literally obsessed with making a difference for our clients. And the people are pretty awesome, so there's that."
Secret soulmate: Zack Morris.
-
Malorie Benjamin
Media Director
Malorie strives to combine analytic thinking and her extensive media experience to create strategic plans for clients in ways that makes sense for their budget and objectives.
While two work days are never the same, the two constants are long conversations with media sales reps and deep dives into her growing library of spreadsheets. Outside of the office, you can find this self-described country girl exploring the outdoors, showing horses competitively or spending time with her big family and her two dogs, cat and horse.
“This is a big time for change at Quinlan,” Malorie says. “We are so open to other people’s ideas, and we’re always collaborating to come up with the best system.”
Theme song: New Radicals - "You Get What You Give."
-
Sean McIntyre
Controller
Sean’s knack for efficiency, budgeting and precision allows him to provide the company with the information it needs to make profitable business decisions.
When he’s not gathering data, crunching numbers or creating reports, Sean helps his fellow employees plan and achieve their professional goals, a system he compliments with an open-door policy.
“I love what we do at Quinlan,” Sean says. “After working on the accounting side of things like videos and commercials, it’s always really exciting to see the finished product and know I was a part of it.”
