New checking account customers are the lifeblood of any banking institution. Like many regional banks, our client Northwest was looking to gain more checking account customers who could potentially add on other household services such as loans, lines of credit and investments.

Using the bank's cash incentive and fresh new branding, Quinlan developed a multi-channel approach including mass media (TV, radio, print and outdoor), in-branch collateral, targeted direct mail and digital media. The MyNorthwest checking campaign resulted in a 60% increase in services per household and a 50% increase in new checking accounts.
