As one of the first fee-only financial planning firms, Level Financial was looking to gain additional clients who could benefit from their customized approach to financial planning. Their top target audience includes high net-worth, affluent individuals — an already highly sought after demographic.

To compliment an overarching digital program, we recommended developing a direct mail campaign which could be targeted against the appropriate demographics. We also used Prizm segments from Nielsen in order to reach people who matched Level's personas and lifestyle findings.

For creative format, we chose oversized postcards in order to stand out in the mail pile and keep the message concise and understandable. In terms of overall message, we focused on the top pain points among this audience, including generating income in retirement and coming to Level Financial for a second, unbiased opinion in financial planning.
